Part of providing you the highest level of service is making sure our technicians are the best the industry has to offer. That's why we invest so much time and money in training our technicians. In fact, NECS is one of the few Canon dealers authorized for in-house training. And both our training facility and trainers are certified by Canon.

As a Canon ATP, we can ensure the quality of the training our technicians receive. Our state-of-the-art, in-house training allows our technicians:

smaller class sizes for more personal attention
more time actually training and less time traveling to training facilities
the ability to train on-demand for special accounts or new products

We also are able to create targeted training programs to more effectively service customers. For example, because color systems can have a unique set of issues, NECS created a dedicated team of color specialists trained to effectively handle any problem.

The extraordinary caliber of our trainers/technicians is exemplified in our Training Director, Russ Tine, a Canon ATP Platinum-Level trainer. He also holds certification as CTT+ and Network +. Russ makes sure each technician at NECS is comprehensively trained on the full line of Canon products we sell. And that each technician's level of knowledge remains up to date with training on the latest products and procedures.
